        I was lucky enough to have Shannon R. answer my phone call when I called to add someone to our insurance policy. Shannon is the perfect example of an employee willing to go above and beyond expectations. I hope HUB International reads this review and gives her a reward for her efforts. Shannon's help, in solving my problems, is the catalyst that kept me as a customer of HUB International.

        Trying to contact this company is the worst. If you call their number you get a message about how, "We have recently enhanced our menu options in an effort to deliver excellent service" which seems to translate to, we're not going to answer and the receptionist is currently unavailable. 3 days and two voicemails and it's the same thing. Would not recommend. This seems to be only for their commercial lines.

        My experience with Shannon amazing. I contacted her about a towing charge which you promptly took care of. But she also looked at my home insurance and ended up saving me almost $1000 dollars. She has a great personality but also is ver knowledgeable. Give her a raise and a Friday off with pay. Thank you.
