        Note: I typically go early mornings for context. Morning staff is consistent on friendly customer service (hi/bye) and cleaning during the week. This includes making sure that the paper towel dispensers have, ya know, paper. Garbage emptied. This has not been my experience on other shifts @ this location. A lot of staff @ front desk talking/on phone, no one even greeting you. I have been a member almost 10 years. The biggest gripe with the gym @ present it staff not pushing those who tie up machines off of them. If you are spending more time on your phone/chatting, than actually working out, you need to be pushed off the machines and hopefully out of your membership. You are at the gym for a reason. Leave your phone in the locker!

        I have been all over the country w/work and have been to many Planet Fitness locations this location by far is one of the best its spacious plenty of equipment very clean and the staff are great.

This is unfortunate to hear, as we never want our members to have a less-than-stellar experience at our Planet. We strive to provide a safe and welcoming environment and appreciate you for voicing your concerns. All members and guests are expected to follow proper gym etiquette as well as adhere to the policies that are in place at our clubs. If you ever see others not actively working out, or not following our policies, feel free to reach out to your club manager directly.
