Black Rock Bar & Grill

Just went to Black Rock on Sunday with my family including my husband and son. I left feeling exhausted with dealing with so many mistakes with the staff, we asked for a water refill and my husbands cup was the only one refilled while my drink was also empty and also was the whole tables. I also ordered more than water and when the waiter came back out with drinks he didnt bring mine and continued on until he realized after his second visit that he failed to remember my drink. I can usually let this slide but the big problem is that we wanted our check and we couldnt seem to get the waiter to come back and check us out. Finally I just give him my card to charge, this was my mistake was not seeing the bill before giving him my card. He brings back the receipt and it was DOUBLE the price of everything we ordered. We got two adult meals a kids meal an appetizer and one redbull drink and were charged $120 when the total shouldve been around $65. The $120 charge was my parents check that they already paid on, so they double charged the same check. The waiter apologized and said he voided the payment and we instead charged my husbands card. I am STILL waiting to get that money back two days later after they charged my card.

Great food, fun experience. Bad ventilation, very smokey from people grilling at their table if that bothers you.

Great waiters/waitresses, loud environment, not a place for kids, food takes absolutely forever.
