        The bugs arrived mostly alive but the crickets are not packaged , just thrown in a box so beware when opening as they jumped all over my floor

        Great job getting us crickets in the middle of the winter. Followed up after delivery. I have been struggling with many other companies but with overnight shipping my order was less than a competitor price before shipping. Great job guys, highly recommend. Last order had heat packs and was boxed inside a box. The offer hub to hub shipping if it gets extremely cold.
