      image Shop online its easier. Update. I shopped online and got a used epilator. When I called the first time I was told that I couldn't get a refund without shipping it to them then waiting 7 days or more. When I explained the that they sent a used product and that some things should not be resold because of contamination the gentleman hung up on me. I did get someone who was more than helpful and understanding. I will not be ordering online either.
