The Computer Shoppe was so incredibly helpful. I had some old AirPods that needed cleaning and I couldnt find anywhere with that service. They were so helpful over the phone and even more welcoming and helpful in person! I would definitely recommend!

Computer Shoppe was great. Our laptop was missing some screws and they replaced them with no charge even after I insisted to pay. We will be back for sure

I brought my phone in as the charging cord would not connect to the phone. 5 minutes later it was diagnosed and fixed . A customer ahead of me obviously struggles with tech and the gentleman helped her patiently with her computer. I highly recommend this business for any computer or phone repairs .

I had a hard drive failure two years ago and they were able to recover my data no problem and sold me a 1tb SSD to replace my old one. That SSD had a defect and failed last week. They rectified the situation eating the cost even though the failure was a manufacture issue, replacing the old SSD with brand new SSD from a more reliable brand. Luckily this time around I learned my lesson and had a weekly back up, so no real data loss. They are quick and they take responsibility for any issues that arises. I highly recommend going to these guys with any computer problems.
