        I have tried service at Perrys HD and I continue to feel like my jobs are not important to the people working at the service counter. They had my bike all day with no call from them even though they knew I was waiting to hear back from them about service. In the past, my bike had been washed and not this time. Finally, their check in policy is just another way to sell you things that are not needed. Please teach your servicemen how to communicate in a timely manner and learn to read your customer and not talk with industry lingo. Seek others for service.
