Heather Mills helped us find a home in Port Huron. We were moving from the west coast and came out for a week trip to look at places and she managed to get us viewings for all of them as well as give us a crash course on the area. We had an accepted offer before we left to go home. Unfortunately it fell through due to poor appraisal. However, she kept looking for us and would do FaceTime calls while touring the places on our behalf. We trusted her as shed point out things she knew wed like and wouldnt like. We got our third offer to close quickly and are very happy! Her knowledge of the St Clair county area, real estate trends, and connections with builders and other realtors really helped us make informed decisions. She was also very proactive in closing, so we had a timely close. Finally shes got a lot of knowledge in construction work and was invaluable answering our questions regarding renovations and current construction. We HIGHLY recommend Heather Mills!
