My boyfriend moved in about a month ago, during the summer. The AC wasnt working at all. After many attempts/days to contact someone, they sent someone out to replace the thermostat which was not the issue. So the AC still didnt work. A month later, they said the whole AC needs to be replaced but they wouldnt do that this late in the season. Today, tomorrow, and the following day are all in the 80s. Plus, if you advertise central AC, Im pretty sure you dont get to choose when its acceptable for your tenants to have AC and when its not. Id stay away from this place.
