Former employee who worked hours off the clock without being compensated for doing so. I have documentation supporting my complaint. Ive requested to be paid multiple times with no success. Be weary working here.

I am livid with this companys standards for business practices. They incorrectly connected our mortgage account to another individuals home insurance policy. It is an additional $732 per month for our mortgage until they receive the full balance from the home insurance company. We had auto draft on and they just stole the money and wont give it back or drop the incorrect policy despite their knowledge that it is the wrong policy. They are holding the us the customer hostage for their mistake. We are already out the money and they expect us to pay the extra $732 again in a couple of weeks. Steer clear of this company. They are immoral people.

UWM always offers the best service to its team members and clients. You can tell Mat really cares about what he does, and moreso about the people he can affect positively than the money. Rest assured even if something does go awry, as a small amount of loans do due to human error, itll be made right. Good people
