Crew never shows up for cuts but company still bills for service. Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Crew made a mess of my yard, blowing leaves from a natural wooded area onto my clean lawn and the left them for me to clean up. Not just bad service, this is downright a scam. Avoid at all costs. They have trimmed newly planted hedges which were not grown to the level of old hedges. In my mind one will trim the old ones and leave the new ones alone until they reach the growth of the rest of the landscape. One year of growth trimmed off heartless. Final result, as you can see in the picture attached, it looks worse than when the hedges were initially planted. And they are weaker plants since all the new buds are off. Also, maintenance workers do not know the type of plants. They trimmed a July flowering hedge in June and chopped off all the buds from the new branches. Goodbye beautiful summer long flowers. Sorry, I usually look at the cup half full but there is nothing good to say at this point other than workers cleaning all the debris left behind. Service: Landscaping maintenance
