my brother took his iphone 11 in earlier for his screen. When we got it back we went home and realized the time is 3 hours ahead of our time zone and his number isnt working, he cant text or facetime but he can call? In the message setting for sending and receiving if says no address where his phone number would be, we tried putting it in and it says an error has accrued.

Hi Olivia, please give us a call at 248-481-2630 so we can resolve this issue. This problem isn't affiliated with a screen replacement but we still want to help solve the matter. Sometimes is can be as simple as changing the time zone to Detroit Eastern Time to fix it.
