Exceptional work by John Jayko and Michigan Pro Builders. They brought our two-level deck to one level as desired, installed composite decking, rail system, and gate, and did a terrific clean-up at the end of every day. This team shows up on time, and they all know what theyre doing. They are respectful, polite, and provided great value. We are really pleased. I can give no higher recommendation.

Choosing to use Michigan Pro Builders was an extremely pleasant experience. Actually it was a much better experience than I expected from any contractor, and Im speaking as someone who understands and has participated in major construction projects as a younger man.
Michigan Pro Builders and owner John Jayco proved to be flexible to all the terms I contractually demanded, they proved to be amazingly efficient as they far exceeded my requested time table, they proved to be completely honest and candid, they proved to be very skilled and professional at performing the job they were hired to do and they proved to be a better value than any of the seven other sources that I asked to bid on the job (which included Angi recommended contractors and national household names.
They did everything I asked them to do, with more care and skill than I expected or required and with an efficiency and professionalism that surprised me (for a firm I originally questioned if they had the experience and structure to deliver). I hesitate to say this but they delivered a better product than I expected or required to make me completely happy. It was one of the few times in my life that I made a contracting choice for a major project that proved to be 100% the right choice. Oz in Troy MI.
