After a scamming experience in selecting a web developer, I was fearful to try again. But, after a promising chat experience, I selected Blue Winds Media in Plymouth, MI. From the very start, Austin Sager, the owner of Blue Winds Media, was empathic re. my previous predicament and clear in explaining what I needed and how long it would take. After we began working, he was not only immediately available for questions (several times daily) but also accommodated many changes I needed to make. Further, he was extremely patient, including working out problems with Mail Chimp and explaining to me many technical details. He also was very accommodating re. pricing. For anyone like me with little expertise in web development and limited finances, you could not find someone better. My site is now up and running nicely and about to send newsletters.
