Extremely knowledgeable, straight-shooter, and presumably diagnosed our water infiltration issue within minutes. No pressure or upselling. He wants business built on reputation and referrals which I really appreciate. Top notch.

        Great experience with Sir Williams Gardens - they put in a french drain and dry well and a channel drain for us as our garage kept flooding. They responded very quickly to our initial inquiry and provided a lot of information during the entire process and the work process was smooth and professional. Would highly recommend them. As some others have said - their services are on the pricier side - but for the value of the service and lack of hassle it was definitely worth it! I am confident that we won't need to have the work re-done and that it was a solid investment for our home. In terms of 'proof' of how well it is working - we just had massive rains/storming a few days ago and the system held up great. Lastly, upon close out - they provided a number of key recommendations for maintenance. To repeat - would highly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance!

We are happy to know that your pleased with our workmanship and quality. We look forward to helping you in the future .This home owner had water entering their garage. We corrected that problem with our high quality Driveway Channel Drain that is installed in cement, and connected a solid line from it to a French drain along the right side of the home to the rear yard where it-emptied into a Dry Well. If your reading this review, we have several solutions with french drains that have a faster flow rate multiple times faster than our competition does. Our Dry wells our a high caliper and high quality than others. We actually use the right type of (Non woven Geo Textile Fabric) not a cheap imitation . We never use styrofoam peanuts in a French drain which is a gimmick and fails after awhile due to its lack of proper drainage and it actually floats. Another gimmick with competitors. You help other folks know that they can come to us for helpful advise without the high pressure sales tactics that lots of waterproofing company do to sell you their system that just covers up the problems with shiny plastic, and a French drain on top of the footer that never solves the problem. The water keeps coming in and does worst damage by jackhammering through the floor.
