The gentleman was kind and proficient and ready to send a tow truck prior to me asking how much for the tow. Once amount was confirmed he was informed that payment would be coming from my husband and i would get the info to him. The previous kind proficient man then asked why I don't have a credit card of my own. Assuming! He then told me he would not be able to send tow now. I had my husband call with card info as previously explained. The man called back for further directions immediately. Hahaha.

This man charged my son $350 to go 22 miles!!!! My husband told him he would be paying with our credit card and he said no cash only....even tho the the website states that they take all major credit cards. We told him we longer want him to tow the vehicle and he wouldn't take the vehicle off his truck. Long story short he ripped my son off and you should never use this company. I wish I would have seen these reviews before we did.

Beware of him friends, a person with a nasty mouth keeps swearing at his client, it's very scary that he comes to you, please be careful!!!! Don't let what happened to me happen to you, he tried to take money and not give service and ran away with his red truck be carefullllllllllll !!!!!
