My kids continue to get bullied on the bus and they do nothing about it

Buses are constantly late. Don't receive alerts of buses running late until child is already supposed to be home in the afternoon. When running late in the morning will get the call while child is already at bus stop. However, when you look at the Durham bus tracker app before sending child to bus stop, the bus is just sitting in a restaurant parking lot. This problem has gotten worse over the years.

Great transportation, when it was ran by school district. I saw it go downhill quickly once privatized. I hope to see it improve.
