        KIME SOLD MINE!! My whole experience with Kime has been Phenomenal. They truly take the time to know their clients on a personal level. Even through difficulties, of which were NOT their fault, the swiftness in their problem solving was very reassuring. Greg promised he would have our backs and get the job done. That's exactly what he did and FAST. I would not hesitate to recommend Kime to anyone in the future. Do yourself a favor and Let Them Work for YOU!! Thank You for all your help

        Wendy is extremely knowledgeable and made buying our home very smooth. We highly recommend using Wendy she will make the process of buying or selling so much easier. If need any work done, she literally has a guy for any needs you may have. She will treat you like family to make sure you are getting the best deal.

        My son was purchasing a home with Wendy as a young recent grad and first time home buyer. I was actively involved in the process. I consider myself a seasoned buyer and seller and Im currently selling my 16th home. I was in awe and amazed with how she actively helped educate my son on all of the options he had available, took extra time to explain his many experiences. It was based on watching this experience which motivated me to stop working with my current realtor and relist with a different realtor, who had a much different, hands-on marketing approach. I would not have done this, if I had not watched the availability and methods that Wendy used. I wasnt getting that. Thank you for showing me the right way to handle the real estate transaction. I feel my son is now educated that he can make future decisions about what he wants to do with the home that he lives in now and where he might live in in the future.

Outcompeting a cash buyer is also not an easy task, however, we pulled it off with the right strategy. You'll enjoy lakefront living for years to come. Selling your current home went incredibly well, primarily because of all the updates you and Dana did to the home and then properly staging it prior to list entry. Over 60 showings and 16 offers.....who would have thought we would've sold it for $50k higher than list price? Thanks again for the opportunity you gave us, Jesse!
