Had a very tricky issue with a ceiling leak but my technician Ben worked with me on two separate days to get the problem resolved. The work was extremely professional and also completed in a timely manner.

I'm updating this review because I had them come out and work on another project for us (a leak). Again, they were terrific! The only slight issue is they had to come out twice. The first time they came out (a couple of weeks ago), they couldn't find the leak. In any case, I finally was able to identify where the leak was coming from, contacted them, and they came back out and got it fixed. All's well that ends well. Regardless, in this update, I really want to highlight the work of one of their technicians, Ben. Ben did an absolutely outstanding job. He really knows his stuff. He gave me some excellent advice on work that should be done in addition to fixing the leak (replacement of an extremely old and worn laundry tub faucet and related fittings) and is simply an absolute delight to work with. Give this man a raise! Seriously. He is that good. Picture of some of work he did is below. Right there, that is a beautiful thing. ___________________________________________________________ Previous review below: I cannot say enough good things about Horton Plumbing. So far, they've completed 3 jobs for us: (1) replace some leaky drain pipes from our tub, (2) replace a garbage disposal, and (3) reroute a water line to an external spigot. For each job, they were terrific. In each case, we were able to get the job scheduled next day or second day. Additionally, the workers were efficient, courteous, and professional. Moreover, the costs for each project were extremely reasonable. Today's job was the rerouting of the water line. The worker (Parker) was absolutely wonderful. He kept me informed about what he was doing, walked me through everything, and patiently answered all my questions. I could not be happier with the result. It's perfect! Horton Plumbing has my highest recommendation. I wouldn't consider anyone else. They hit all the metrics of what one would be looking for.

I realize this is long, but it was a huge job and I want to call out all the details that made it an excellent experience! Cliff notesHORTON PLUMBING is THE company to callperiod!! For a small job or a huge one like mine, they check all the boxesefficient, friendly, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, communicative, masters at their craft and have great pricing!!! For those interested in more detail, read on! Horton had been out before, I was impressed with them, so I called them to address this clogged/backed-up sewer line. The access was in my finished basement and Jason went above and beyond to make sure the carpet didnt get wet at all. They came same day and worked diligently to resolve the issue. Upon running the camera, he found that the line had broken and couldnt be cleared. Yep, that means breaking up the concrete and replacing the sewer line. Next day Doug and Jeff gave me the estimate to fix it and took time to explain everything to us. They looked at the big picture, there were two sewer lines that had both had backups. Doug created a plan to re-route the new lines much more efficiently, creating only one line. Doing it this way would address both lines at once and ensure we never had an issue again!! Throughout the process, Doug was FABULOUS!!! He was always available to answer questions, and got the job started within a couple days. Before work started, Quincy and Shawn came and put up visqueen on the walls and protection on my stairs. They treated it like it was their home, taking care to make sure everything was covered as the concrete cutting is messy. They had a company come and cut the concrete where the trenches needed to be, with perfect, clean lines. First day was digging to get to the pipes, the second day Doug, Quin and Shawn began removing the old broken pipe. As they did, they found the second line also had a huge crack in it that ran for 15+ feet. Had Doug not thought outside the box on how best to route the new pipe, this crack wouldnt have been found, and I would have been dealing with the same situation in a year or two!! Fighting ground water the whole time, they still had all the new pipes laid and back filled on day two and it was ready for four inches of new concrete! Their concrete guys did the concrete work and far exceeded my expectations. Dale and his partner took their time and made sure it was flawless!! It looks incredible, and blends seamlessly with the existing concrete. Next day Quin and Shawn took down all the plastic, swept and mopped the whole floor, wiped down some walls, put things they moved back, and removed everything else from the job. Other than the carpet being gone, it looks just like it did before this extremely messy job. I couldnt be happier with the work they did and cant express how much I appreciate them!! Its pretty stressful to look at our basement that was fully finished a couple days ago to now having 60+ feet of trenches with dirt and ground water in them. But this AMAZING group of guys took all the anxiety and stress out of it and JUST GOT IT DONEand done TOO PERFECTION!!! Doug, Quin, and Shawn you are my SUPERHEROES!! Big thanks to all the other guys that supported them on the job also!! A big shout out to both Jasons, they tried to clear the line and found the problem. There is not a member of the staff (and a lot of them were here) that isnt friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working! PS. The following week our sump pump started going bad, I called Doug and he had someone at my house in 20 minutes. Ben put a new one in, and it only took him about 30 minutes including the time he took to speak with my home warranty company. Another skilled technician that was friendly, efficient, and took time to explain everything. Thanks Ben!! THANK YOU, HORTON PLUMBING!!
