Alli was great. Attentive, polite, professional, personable, willing to help at all times. She was confident we could sell the property for a higher price than what I expected. She was correct. I worked long distance with Alli during the process and things still went smoothly. Even the closing. I did not have to be present. Her knowledge of the process aligned with her actions, a very important quality when dealing long distance on a deal. I trusted her completely through out the process as well.
