Danica was my realtor for selling my house in late 2022. When I first met with her I was skeptical of the price I would be able to get for my house. However, she had phenomenal professional photos taken of the house and highlighted all of the perks. With her diligence and guidance I was able to secure a full asking price offer within a few short months. She will go above and beyond to help her clients and do everything within her power to help and guide them. Before closing but after the sale agreement was signed Danica provided vital options for me to move into next as well further adding to her amazing work ethic and care for her clients. I have had two realtors, one for my house purchase and one for my house sale. Danica was the realtor for selling the house and she did far more than I ever expected from her and provided me with an amazing experience from start to finish. If I am ever in the market for a house again, Danica will be my realtor. For anyone looking for a highly motivated, highly professional, highly knowledgeable and skillful realtor that will support you along the way I would highly recommend Danica. She deserves more than a five star rating but sadly that is the maximum available.

Danica Schiffman and the whole team are the best at what they do. If you need a new home or selling your home I highly recommend Danica. She worked quickly and sold my father in laws house quick with in the first week it was up for sale. I would go to her if I need to sell my home anytime.

Danica is absolutely phenomenal & the BEST realtor we could have hoped for. From the moment we started our house hunting journey with her till the day we closed on our first home - it was merely 6 weeks. She is extremely knowledgeable & detail-oriented and ensured she listened to the vision we had for our home. She was thorough & meticulous in finding great options and worked super fast. She always took or returned calls and answered every question that we had; fought for us in finding the best deal possible and was positive & supportive through everything. She did an excellent job making sure we were aware of the entire process, necessary paperwork, important deadlines and made sure that there were no issues with the contract agreement, inspection & closing. She made the process of buying our home seamless & enjoyable.
