Highland Landscaping & Snowplowing

Employee cussed me out in the parking lot because I was being dropped off in front of somewhere. The car was literally parked for no more than 10 seconds, which at the point we stopped he wasn't even behind us. Your phone number is attached to the side of his car, reprimand your employees, they represent your business, and he is my first experience with your business. Horribly unprofessional.

This company was plowing at the Barnes and nobles at 3:20pm 3235 Washtenaw AveAnn Arbor, MI  48104United States. The person that was plowing had gotten angry because I stopped not infront of him but behind him about a good 30 feet to drop someone off. It took only less then 5 minutes. He decided that the perfect thing to yell out of his window was "got a reason to park there. What the f@$k!" At the person that I was dropping off. The thing is that i just dropped him off and I need to get to work because I myself was in a hurry so i was not just sitting there just chilling. He was hired to plow the the snow not to yell at the customers in the plaza. I will be contacting the plaza manager to make sure they are aware of the people they hire to do a job at there place of business. Very in professional and I hope u will speak to the rude inpatient and anger carrying staff u have hired to represent ur company.

Highland installed a raised paver patio, and the only word that comes to mind is WOW.  Work was fantastic, crews worked very hard, were on time, polite and professional throughout the 9 day project.  We had a graduation party a few weeks later and the compliments were endless. I highly recommend Highland Landscaping for any patio needs! Jeff and his team work very hard to get the job done right and on time. Jose and Martin are fantastic workers and extremely friendly. Cannot thank them enough for the patio the built for us!

This company deserves negative stars. This company was hired by my next door neighbors for landscaping services. The company did not have Miss Dig mark the utilities and therefore our cable line was cut. Our telephone lines and gas line were not marked either and we now have a gas leak and they almost hit the telephone line. Because this company did not wait for Miss Dig to complete the property markings, I had to call Miss Dig for an emergency person to come out and mark the utilities. There were 4 junction boxes on the neighbor's property and the owner of this company did not care. He even yelled at me that the phone box that was clearly marked ATT was my sprinkler box. When it was identified as a phone line the owner of the company said in a snotty voice "I guess everyone is not as smart as you". The owner, Jeff Speaks, was rude and disrespectful to me. His workers were shouting offensive names at me in Spanish as well. Miss Dig takes almost three hours to show up to mark anything. The way this company acts would ensure that I would never contract them myself or recommend them to anyone for their protection.
