Down To Earth Lawn Spray

Con artist. We paid over $1,200 for grub control and prevention, but instead, we received absolutely nothing but lectures about their education and certifications. Due to their poor service and as a result, our yard was taken over by grubs and crabgrass. We had a diagnosis done, areas dug up, and the grubs have taken over. We have a sprinkler system that waters the yard once a day for 30 minutes for each zone and we followed their schedule and recommendations. The owner was unprofessional and started yelling at us when we showed the result of the diagnosis. The owner refused to show up to see the issue, solve the problem, or provide a refund and said to "F off."

Updated 10:57am. Promised an early spring application before end of April. It's May 3rd no application. I paid in full. When you call it goes immediately to voice-mail. This is making me think this company is not reputable. Next step is Yelp and BBB. ***I heard from the lady a moment ago to inform me they will be out this week. Stay tuned folks.
