        Very kind woman named Skye waited on us in the store & spents lots of time explaining things. The technician that came out was superb & was actually earlier than our time frame. He was very patient & kind. Customer service also did a great, accurate job!

        It's really hit and miss for me at this store, went in yesterday to find out pricing options for overseas service. The guy just kept telling me about the $10 a day plan, (there is by the minute service). That I could do that on the app, well that's not what I was there for, I wanted information. Ended up taking my phone and walking out. Went yo the store on Michigan Ave today and Trevor answered all my questions, no problem!
