Both beds extremely old and uncomfortable. Hardly any water pressure. Whole room smelled like cigarettes for some reason. An actual hole in the wall. Mini Fridge did work though.

I'm guessing dealing with the "Red Roof" franchise just isnt for me unfortunately & I am a "Redi Rewards" members yet the lack of professionalism & genuine customer service by #General Manager "Diane Berini" is absolutely unacceptable & it made me change a #4 rating into a #1! I never have a single issue from this location been coming here for about 6 months on & off for work the treatment I receive today I sincerely hope the "Board Of Management" for this location have a talk with this "General Manager" on basic human ethics & communication! I walk in around 3 am front desk asking if I could rent my room for another night, encounter "Diane Berini" She asked for my "Id" along with a payment method after verifying myself. I use a "Cash App" card for many payments & as 85/ 90 % of the world there is a "Alias" name that you have the option of choosing for the "Name" on your card & account! My "Alias" name onnmu "Cash App" card didn't match my "ID" of course & when this alarm "Diane" I choose to show her on my "Phone" my account for "Cash App" to show proof I am the owner of the debit card as well that it's only a "Alias". She didn't want to accept the payment in that form even after me showing proof that I am the card owner, I respected her decision & proceeded to pull out monetary value to secure the room for another night, while doing so I told her I was going to leave an " Review" on what I experience! This upsetted "Diane" to where she said by me saying I'm going to leave a "Review" she was not going to give me another room & too make sure I check out at "12"! I done nothing wrong, didn't raise my voice, didn't disrespect this "Manager" at all even after she didn't want to take my card payment I offer "Cash" & still got told that I couldn't pay for another night!?!?!?! .... Last time I check the purpose of a "Review" is too described our personal experiences & its for others to gain knowledge of one's experience & if it's worth chancing a risk!... It's sad cause I really #LIKE this location very unbelievable event a "Review" shouldn't stop you from allowing one to "Sleep" comfortably especially when im paying & trying to pay smh!

Diane, the manager who is in this place, is an inconsiderate person and very hard to deal with, and I would never stay here as long as she is the one who makes decisions.
