        Always a problem with your account here used to be great the last year or 2 has just horrible after more problems this morning itstime to close it and switch to some where else

        Their online payment system is flawed. You pay what it shows you owe and somehow you didn't pay it all. They are hard to work with when an error is on them and not the customer. I will never bank here again nor recommend this credit union

        Incompetence is the only word I have to describe this outfit. They lack communication skills, cannot find paperwork that was sent multiple times, gaslight you and then you give up in frustration. Find another outfit to do business with. As others have stated, this outfit went woke.
