Dave Gerish is an amazing builder! The quality of our home exceeded our expectation and we couldn't be happier. My wife and i were looking into building a new home so we called three different builders to get quotes. It was 4th of July weekend so i left messages not expecting anyone to call us back until the following week but dave was the ONLY one who ever called us back, and he called us back that same day. He took time out of his holiday to drive over and meet us that same day as well and go over the different elevations/plans so we could get an idea on price. After setting our budge and deciding to go with Gerish Building, Dave and his amazing office manager Joann walked us through the whole process and made sure to answer every question in detail and responded to every email that we sent (and we sent a lot lol). I really appreciate how honest they were through the whole building process as well, they never tried to "upsell" us once or put pressure on us to spend more money. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we look forward to building another home in the future with Dave and Joann!
