        ATS has unbelievable customer service! I have been using them for over a year now and each time I've needed them they've helped quickly. Lily in the office is always welcoming. Jim and his team care about their clients and it shows! Tricia rocks too

        I have used their service for a few years but in the last two years I found they made mistakes etc. This year (2022 taxes) they forgot to encrypt my document and emailed them to me. Their head office (in Plymouth) has a useless HR and IT person that cannot provide a response on why it was done. The service has become really bad and will likely cause you to lose your identity. Stay away from this place. I will file a complainant with the State or just sue them! BE CAREFUL OF THIS SERVICE!!!
