        Once again my husband has rented a vehicle from here. I bring him here to pick up said vehicle to find out, they 1. Don't have it anymore. 2. It's not ready even after 10 minutes past requested time. 3. He paid for an suv and they try to give him a car. He literally has to rent a car almost monthly. The ONLY reason we come here is because it's the closest one to us (25 minutes away still), I wouldn't recommend this place at all, honestly.

        Had a difficult experience with Jeremy, he ended up changing our reservation without our say so. We almost didn't have a car. After talking to Jamichael, he was very sweet and understanding. He went out of his way to find us a vehicle, got it from Kalamazoo to plainwell for us. If you're reading this thank you so much Jamichael. You made our day!
