I would Give 0 stars if I could. They charged me 93$ when I didn't even have 200lbs in trash. When I asked why they told me it was the minimum. Plus a fuel recovery charge?! I recommend driving 30 min away to a different one because even the drive is less then what they charge! I will not be coming back and urge everyone else to look elsewhere for a dump.

We have the same experience in Gladwin as stated above by Vonda. Except ours pulls things out of our cans if he doesnt want to take it and throws them in the middle of our yard. Throws cans all over. They act like entitled children! My husband was a garbage man for 20+ years. Hes never seen such poor attitude and service. We have called it does no good!

Rude and lazy workers who continually skip service and are required to be called back out to do the job right. Waste of tax payer dollars.

They wanted $600 for us to dump our dump trailer full of our household garbage (we do not have trash pickup at our home and waited to dump our trash until it was full). The trailer is marked with our landscaping company name and They would not let us open a commercial account to get a better rate unless we dump 4xs a month. $600!!? For one dump!!??? You can get a dumpster WITH hauling services for $300-$350. This is ridiculous. Edit: looks like there are a ton of bad reviews on here. Clearly they spend more time responding to bad reviews by apologizing for the experience than actually doing anything about the concerns of customers. By the way, if you need to dump anything. we drove all the way down to the Brent Run Landfill in Montrose, MI and paid $230 instead of $600. They must be getting paid too much from local municipalities because they sure dont want to be competitive with their dump fees to get new business.
