I have an appointment in the morning, I got out of work late and missed calling to cancel I'll give ya five stars, for not calling in time, but yall should really get a messaging system because I feel bad, but I'm not missing out on sleeping in. Thank ya much you guys always good and nice there but I'm not missing out on a chance to sleep in.

I called this establishment 5 times in order to book an appointment, after repeatedly being put on hold (being told just one moment) for a total of 35 minutes, I finally drive there, still on hold. When I get to the desk, Carrie is very unfriendly and dismissive, as well as this she is sitting there not doing anything. I begin to speak with her (phone call still going on hold) and she puts a finger in my face in order to take a brand new phone call. After this we explain our frustrations and she begins to speak to us in the most disrespectful tone. After telling her she is terribly unprofessional and should not speak to clients that way, we decide to cancel our business there and ask for our prescription copy instead. As we go to walk away she makes some loud comments, which we turn to respond to (speaking calmly the whole time) and she decides she will yell at us to get out when we respond sure thing, she threatens us with security. The lack of professionalism is shocking. We have been clients here for over 10 years, and never thought we would be treated in this manner. When we return to see the doctor and get our prescription we are met with no apology, no explanation. The best I can say is we are given our prescription by the manager in a civil way, but there were no extra steps taken. With the plethora of jobs available I wonder why someone so inept in customer service would insist on working such a job.
