I highly recommend Gary Deters. Gary is a fabulous realtor with a tremendous amount of experience. He spent a lot of time with me searching for a home and excellently closed a great deal. He has also sold a home for me with great results. Trust him. He wont let you down. Do not select a realtor with only a few years of experience. Garys the one realtor to work with. Hes got a great personality as well which makes the journey of buying or selling more fun and less stressful!

Gary knows the area, has many contacts that bring him listings before they hit the market and is thourgh in the details of buying or selling a house. I would recommend him to anyone interested in the Charlevoix, Walloon or Petoskey area.
