I wish I could give 0 stars, this whole group of offices is poorly ran. I had to initially call them to set up my first appointment almost a month after I was referred to them. Then I had an appointment to pick up a at home sleep study test and they called and canceled and hour before my appointment and was told that I would get called the next business day to reschedule. That was a month ago and I have called the offices 2-3 times a week and get told that I am getting on a priority list to call back but dont hear anything unless I call them.

This is an incredible office. Dr. Griffin and his staff have saved my life on multiple occasions. The staff at this office goes above and beyond. Would recommend this Pulmonary and Sleep office. 10/10.

If there were issues with the staff or service here in the past, I can assure you they are long gone as of this writing (3/3/23). Every individual I interacted with in this office was genuine, caring, and set me at ease, which is saying something. (I have some pretty bad nerves in medical environments - aka white coat syndrome). I was apprehensive before travelling to this office based on all the negative reviews; it turned out to the highlight of my Friday afternoon - and one of the most informative visits to a medical office thanks to the knowledgeable and caring staff. Ten stars / 5.
