        Searched for an eye doctor through my vision insurance and scheduled an appointment. Showed up and was told I didn’t have the right insurance. As I’m explaining how I found this doctor, through my insurance, the woman sitting behind the receptionist bellied up to the counter and crossed her arms and started to huff and puff. Unprofessional. When I asked how much the appointment was, the woman acted as if I couldn’t afford it and Started explaining how insurance worked. Awful experience. Edited to add- thanks Jesse, sent an email and haven’t received a reply. Maybe I copied the email address wrong? 🤷‍♀️ Either way, I wish you and your company all the best.
