        Tried to catch a bus here on May 21st. The bus was supposed to arrive at 9:35pm. I arrived a little before 9pm and waited until 10:30pm before I called a cab because the gas station shut down and I was stranded in the dark. Tried calling customer service, since they advertise being available 24/7, to no avail. I was left on hold for 15 minutes by their automated system. Have still not been able to connect with a real person. Very frustrating. I doubt they will ever make it right.
