My furnace broke down during the recent snowstorms, and they were able to come out the next day. The technician, Evan, was outstanding! He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the problem and was able to fix it. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company.

Nieboer failed with scheduling and locking in appointment days/times. No show, no call! Bad for business when people are depending on your services. I will not be referring Nieboer to any of my customers.

Great Crew.. they were Friendly, Respectful , Knowledgeable, Solutions Providers. They replaced my furnace, air conditioner and water heater... correcting another company's sub standard workmanship, and it could not have gone smoother. You are in good hands here.

I highly recommend Nieboer Heating and Cooling! We moved into a new house in November, and knew that we needed to replace the furnace and AC units. They gave us great advice, were patient and explained everything to us - even working around our timeline and doing a furnace inspection to get us through the winter for a very reasonable price. All of the techs we met were very professional and respectful of our property. Brie in the office also handled everything from rebates to warranty information and scheduling our inspection with the city. They are timely, responsive and provide great documentation. I'm glad we decided to go with them - I know if we have issues or need anything down the line I can expect the same level of service.
