He was an easy to talk to Dentist. He was thorough and yet very personable. He explained everything to me and I wasn't lost during what he was doing. I would suggest him to any and everyone!!! Great job Dr. Brown!

Called regarding a scheduled an appointment, had to cancel abruptly due to family emergency I have been a patient for over a decade, had a family emergency today and when I called to canceled and explain, his secretary said let me put you on holdwhen she picked up the line she rudely informed me I should find another dentist as he couldnt afford to see patients cancel regularly. and that I had a balance on my accountI hope he closes his practice what a joke, Ive never been a patient of his for almost a decade, his office never told me I had a balance nor sent me a bill, maybe time for him or his secretary to retireI inquired as to when I last canceled she said 2019.what a joke, I feel bad as hes always been a good dentist, but he clearly was steered in the wrong direction by an inept secretary who should just retire or be more empathetic.the last one he had was so much better, most shocking experience I have ever had.hope Dr Brown gets a new secretary, and he can surely afford one he makes well over 200k a year and his wife works as a nurse at Borgress, just absurdhow I was treated today, as a Oreo Jr of over 10 years, I would never go back after this terrible experience.
