I lived here for 11 years moved in in in 2009, rent was 620 when i moved in for a 2 bedroom 1bath. we had a good manager, that got replaced by a bad one and that started a string of good then bad then good then bad managers, ending with matt (their dealing with trouble complexes guy) for a while who was amazing, who eventually got moved to arizona, then we got another string of bad managers culminating in someone stealing money and vamoosing, and a bunch of managers who had their boyfriends be unqualified head maitenence. We finally got life as a manager who was great but they replaced her and sold off mill park and it became parchment point. Rent by this point was 753, and then i get told rent will be 1050 in january, and they are moving us out to do renovations and we would essentially need to reapply and pay app fee, pet fee, first deposit all over again, as it was a fancy way of pushing out anyone poor to try to gentrify. would have cost 3k to stay that month. maitenences requests stopped getting done, black mold was found in the walls families got kicked out for going to the city about it, crime was up, everyone was being kicked out or moving out, dumpsters were full every day. got out and moved out of state, best thing I ever did. I found out later rent skyrocketed way past 1050. Avoid Avoid Avoid
