        I took my tax documents in to complete accounting in mid-February I have called several times I have stopped there the phones no one answers you can't leave a message because it's full and I just want my documents back it's been over a month and a half

        In March of 2016 Denise was paid to complete my taxes. After meeting with her I found an error which would potentially make me lose out on receiving approx $500 back in tax returns. I left SEVERAL messages attempting to get ahold of her to fix the mistake and was never called back. My taxes were never filed, and I stayed up until midnight on the final day taxes were due using turbotax. Huge waste of money for completely unprofessional service!
