My wife and I had a phenomenal experience using Paramount Building. Eric, Tyler, Seth, Melissa and Marlena were in contact with us often with updates throughout our claim process. We had hail damage to our roof, and I was worried that it would be a long shot to get our insurance company to approve the replacement (I had a negative bias based an insurance claim we had 4 years ago where the contractors seemed to do very little to help our case with the insurance company). I was extremely impressed by Paramounts whole process. From start to finish, they kept me in the loop on everything, so I knew what to expect, and so that everything went very smoothly. In the end, they were able to help ensure that our claim got approved, and then their crew started and finished the job in record timing. One last thing, I feel like I should note, because I have heard other people complaining about this when they had their roof replaced, they did a phenomenal job of cleaning everything up. I dont think I found a single scrap, or roofing nail left around afterwards. I highly recommend Paramount building for your next roof replacement, or any other job. You might need them for.
