    Buyers and renters BEWARE!!! Moved into this place and Maintenance is a JOKE. Not once did they come out and address the issues that needed to be addressed BEFORE the move in date, or even after when we made numerous attempts to get the issues addressed. They tried telling us that after 60 days it is our responsibility to fix the repairs on all appliances The things they should have fixed. Apparently this included the gutters that fell off. Which apparently means that GUTTERS are an appliance?! Lol. The receptionist in the office flat out told me they just dont have the money to repair everything everyone complains about. Then tried to backtrack. But they have the money to redo the siding on there clubhouse numerous times lol. They also told me that the waste removal company that DID NOT come out on the day they were supposed to came out. When I explained that the garbage has been overflowing for us for a week and a half of no removal she told me to pack it down and to put it in your neighbor trash bin. What???? They do not care about their residents and they dont have the money to care lol Edit: changing this review to a 3 star as the park came out to fix the gutter issue. We moved out and they did make the move out process easy and it was a breeze. There are issues with the park office and their communication. 1 person says one thing, while the other says the opposite. This park could really thrive if they start working on this issue and if they hold true to their word. Overall it could be worse but it definitely could be better.

    Overpriced, feral/stray cats EVERYWHERE and they use the yards as a litterbox. Management will put off repairs until your 90 days is up then tell you it's your responsibility. It should be criminal to run a place the way they do.

    Not the best place to call home thats forsure. Maintenance doesnt do anything you put work orders in for let alone even write them up for you. Have nothing but problems since me and my family have moved in water heater is busted furnace needs repair no ac even though that was in the lease. Only been here for 5 months and have spent more time and money fixing the place then I have be able to enjoy a HOME this Community is a scam

    The most horrible experience my mother was renting there for a year gave a 45 day notice letting them know she would not be signing another year. She cleaned it better than it was when she moved the maintenance guy as well as the lady that done the walk through put Lock box on door said it was ready to rent thank you for cleaning it so we'll. Now she received a check for 10.80$ out her 1,193$ deposit was told they had to paint the ceiling that is the most expensive ceiling painting ever considering the fact the poor maintenance guy only makes 600$ a week what a joke of a management company PLEASE BE WARE THEYRE SCAMMERS will be talking to a lawyer for legal advice. As you can see what a joke of a company no she was a resident as you can see in the post if you actually read it.
