We were leery of building because of horror stories weve heard about some contractors. Our fears were groundless. Bob, Monique, Matt and Jeremy couldnt have been more responsive to our many questions and concerns. Not only are they really nice people, they know their business! We cant say enough about this team. And we love our new home already even though weve just moved in. The build is quality.

We were moving from Ontario to Michigan. We were looking in the Lapeer, Lake Orien and Oxford areas when we found the Silverado development in Oxford. Our first contact was with Monique. The selection of homes Silverado offered in the Tullamore development was amazing and with Moniques help, we were able to pick our forever home. The standard options that came with our home were so great that we found no need to upgrade in many areas. Our home was finished under the agreed timeline and before we knew it, we were moved in.
