Horrible service from the female staff if you have any concerns about your accounts go straight to the manager to actually resolve anything at all. The lady just said im not dealing with this and hung up. So i had to show up in person to talk to the manager about the situation. I will be closing my accounts ASAP

All.of a sudden, my paycheck is not deposited and available to me until almost 9 am on my payday. Things I have coming out of my account on pay day are bouncing. It used to be that your direct deposit is available just after midnight on your pay day. If I needed gas on the way to work on a Friday morning, I wouldn't be able to go until the bank opened? Wow genisys credit union, fix it please.
