Patricia was very rude, wanted to do anything and everything besides help me. Just had a major attitude! Would recommend asking for someone else if you need help.

Often has to order meds... Meds not in house. Takes too long to get refills. Patricia a tech in Owosso is very rude and actually hit my car door with the drawer. When brought to her attention, she just smiled with no apology. She did this twice. Other staff is more friendly and helpful.

I have had issue after issue with this location. Needless to say after the ridiculous ordeal I went through today I will never be using them again. I would give zero stars if I could.
