I got into an accident last week and when I called the body shop here, they gave me the best customer service! When other body shops were very rude and treated me like an inconvenience, this one did not. They were so kind when I called so I decided to take my vehicle there to get the work done and the in person customer service was just as great! I didnt have to wait long at all and they made me feel like they actually cared. They fully explained things and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Youngs Body Shop!

(Update October 6, now Im stuck with a leaking windshield and door seals and damaged caused by dealership and gm not making dealership fix and pay for the parts they damaged. All because I had a dash camera installed in my truck and complained about them leaving truck out in rain leaking inside truck.)As a UAW/GM worker I wouldnt recommend this place to work on new vehicles. Their actions have made me decided myself and my family will never buy or have any Young dealerships or serviced centers have my business again. And I will let everyone I know and work with know too. I will update more when the final give my brand new truck back. Truck has been sitting outside with a known windshield leak. Had to take back truck so they couldnt do more damage to it. Almost a month and nothing fix but small paint defect which in turn they did more damage to it.
