Would give negative Stars if I could been waiting for my identification to get verified for over a month when I've already done this process once it's a bit ridiculous how are people supposed to look for a job are you going to keep food on the table it's absolutely a joke and they have no way to connect you 2 anyone in the identification that could possibly just push a button in order for me to get paid behind on bills struggling with food and I can't even put gas in my vehicle this is pretty ridiculous

Kima was my rep she was so polite,patient and helpful. This women went above and beyond helping me with my issue. Plus she did it in more than a timely manner i cant thank you enough kima best wishes and hope u have the best day everyday muuuuaaaahhhh thank u again if any of you get kima as your rep while calling uia you are golden. Wait no triple platinum so for u people with promblems with youre unemployment lansing mi. Is the place to have it handle thank u kima
