Memorial Healthcare Dermatology

I do not recommend this office. I made an appointment 9 months ago (October of 2021) and was told the "soonest" they could see me was today, July 20th, 2022. I got a text Sunday night to confirm the appointment, which I confirmed and showed up this morning. I was told the doctor was on vacation and he could not see me. I asked why I was not notified and they said they had been calling patients for two weeks. I showed them my phone incoming calls and messages since June1st and there was not one call or message from them. I asked them to show me in their computer where they had called-they said they couldn't do that. I then asked why I got the confirmation text, and was told they have no control over the text that goes out, Memorial does those. I asked why they did not let Memorial know the doctor would be gone so those texts cannot go out, they also said that is not something they can do. The two ladies in the office were rude and uncaring. I took a day off of work to attend this appointment and I have no PTO, so I am out my days wages as well. I will not be back!

Do not recommend this office. Been taking my daughter for months and every month they mess up her Ipledge and have to wait another month and another month and another month. Just a waste of money and time. Staff never knew why I was there and asked about how meds were going that she never was prescribed. I have never made a google review thats how terrible this experience has been.

My son came here for an appointment. We really enjoyed Dr. Nasir and his office staff.

Was told to send my medical records and I'd get an appointment for March and once I finally received a letter saying I could make my appointment then I had to wait till June to get in. Didn't even ask my name just automatically told me I could not be seen till June!
