They literally work with car companys that sell junk cars that they make look nice. This credit union is a scam and they are very rude. Any thing they can charge you on for you to keep money in their pockets they will. Deserves no stars

They have awesome products and services, but that is their only perk. They still have application fees for loans, that are not easily listed. Their staff is not friendly, and not trained. I understand and can work with mistakes, however their mistakes CONSISTENTLY cost me money. One concrete example. I got an auto loan with them and have text messages specifically saying I wanted GAP insurance and mechanical coverage. I need to use the mechanical coverage, and turns out it was never on the loan. The infuriating part is they acknowledge mistakes, but will do nothing to fix them. They (insincerely) apologize, and brush off the fact that this costs me money. Again in multiple situations this was just one example.

Absolute waste of time. The loan officer knew what vehicle I was interested in but didn't bother to tell me they couldn't finance it due to nada values being so far off from real selling value. Wasted my time and money opening an account.
