image Adiska family dental has went downhill ever since they took over. I used to go there myself until I had an issue with one of the dentist which is no longer. I'm so glad I left because since my parents and brother just had a horrible experience with Dr. Max. Dr. Max in my opinion is so unprofessional that she had to talk negative about my father to my handicapped brother while he was getting his cavity filled. Even went as far as to say this will be the last time you will be here. Also my mother was there a week before to have her teeth cleaned and Dr. Max cleaned her teeth. By the time we got home from the dentist my mom's blood pressure was over 200/100. She sat in the chair for a good hour knowing she has blood pressure issues and parkinsons. It's almost like this was the first time Dr. Max cleaned teeth. I spoke with Heather myself knowing nothing would be done because they are short handed and can't find dentist that want to work for them. Heather has always been fair and professional so I don't have a problem her. It's Dr. Max and actually a few of the staff. Then we get a certified letter where my father had to sign for it stating they are dropping all of them. It's ok you already knew we were switching and just waiting for you to send over our files. I would think twice in my opinion about going to them. Again that is my opinion. Since I can't reply to your reply regarding..... Our team also deserves to be able to work in a safe, non-threatening environment, and fortunately we do reserve the right to dismiss patients when they act in an aggressive manner, while also using foul language and belittling our team. That is really funny Heather when you told me that your front office lady stated to you that she didn't think things were handled correctly regarding how my father was treated. But that's ok so glad to be done with your horrible service!

image This place used to be top notch when Zach was the doctor. After he left I received zero notice. Then my next 3 appointments (pretty sure it was 4, but just to be safe I'll say 3) I had different doctors. All resulting in problems. I don't know if it was me or the fact they were trying out different doctors for the position. I chose to go somewhere else so I didn't have to deal with it. They proceeded to throw a $75 derogatory mark on my credit instead of asking me for $75. You should communicate with your patients better so I don't have to resolve this with a credit company. Thank you. The receptionists and hygienists are the sweetest people though. 5 stars for them. However, the 1 star is for you going after my credit score and the inconvenience you've provided for me. That is all. Thank you.

We apologize you had a negative experience with our business team. Our policy is payment at the time of service, in the event a patient leaves after their appointment without paying for the services they receive, we follow a strict protocol. Three automated monthly statements are sent, if no payment is received after the three statements, one of our business team members calls and leaves a voicemail asking for payment. If no payment is received after a personal phone call, a collection letter is sent asking for payment within 10 days. After the 10 days, our practice administrator reviews all collection letters and if payment still has not been made, the patient is sent to collections. We understand your frustration, however our team goes above and beyond to ensure every chance is giving for a patient to make a payment on their past due balance to ensure our team is paid for the services they rendered.
