        Posted a review of my poor experience on facebook, and was called out for making an erroneous review. Tech was supposed to replace charging port, replaced it and upon pickup the screen didn't work (guess they dont check that?). Tech stated he may have forgotten to plug something in. Returned laptop, pickup again and they state the motherboard is fried. Took no responsibility, and I'm out a computer. Computer left unused for 2 years, upon next inspection for repair, Retriever Solutions didn't put ANY case screw back in my laptop. Poor customer service & lack of experience

        Never had worse service anywhere in my life. The "technicians" that claim to know everything sit behind a computer every day and watch youtube videos of video games. When I went into the building I was greeted by a younger girl that knew absolutely nothing about anything technology related. On top of all this, I had my computer taken in for a tune up, they left all the programs they used to "fix" my computer on it. NEWS FLASH all the programs are free. glad I wasted a $100 on a "tune-up" that resolved nothing and made my computer slower. Do yourself a favor and don't give them your business
